Denise Madrid

Originally from San Antonio, Denise is a graduate of the University of Houston and has lived in Houston for over 14 years. Denise is an avid runner and triathlete and has run numerous 10K and 20K races as well as three Houston full and half Marathons. Denise donates her time to the community and is heavily active in her parish church. She is also a member of the National Women’s Business Council, Houston Chamber of Commerce and Texas Mortgage Banker’s Association.

Denise Bustos Madrid is an equity partner and manages CareerLink’s Houston office. She is a company co-founder and has been with CareerLink since its inception in 2000. Denise
manages all aspects of her branch including profit and loss responsibility, operations and business development. Denise grew her branch from a one person operation to an organization that consistently reports sales revenue in multi-millions of dollars. Before
joining CareerLink, Denise was a Senior Accounting and Finance Recruiter at Kforce Inc. Denise was always a top performer and was recognized as a $1 million producer for three consecutive years. She also won the Rookie of the Year award her first year at Kforce and was recognized as the number one producer in the Houston market across all business segments. Denise consistently exceeded 200% of quota and was a member of the exclusive Kforce Performers Club every year she was with Kforce
