STEP 1: NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS

The HealthLinkRx business development teams have face to face meeting with the customer to better understand the organization and it’s culture, the scope of the positions and “critical fit” issues.

STEP 2: RESEARCH & RECRUIT

Armed with comprehensive understanding of our customers we begin the research process and identify organizations that most likely employ appropriate candidates. We utilize various recruiting techniques to identify top talent for our customers

STEP 3: SCREENING & EVALUATION PROCESS

In depth discussions are held with each candidate to clarify background, credentials and history.
Each candidate is given the appropriate skills test.
The top candidates are put through further screening to include:

  • Group One criminal background
  • Drug Screen
  • Credit Check (if applicable)
  • Reference Check
STEP 4: CANDIDATE SUBMISSION

Appropriate candidates are submitted along with any documentation requested.
Offers are extended.

STEP 5: CONTINUED SUPPORT

HealthLinkRx’s recruiting team continues to provide support and monitor the candidates performance for the duration of the assignment.
